My Story

Hi, I’m Kayla from Minnesota! I’ve been living a fully vegan, plant-based lifestyle since 2017, and it’s been an incredible journey. It all started because of my love for animals, but I quickly realized the amazing benefits for my health too. Switching to a plant-based diet helped ease my chronic digestive issues and even made a big difference in managing my endometriosis symptoms.

Over the years, I’ve dived deep into plant-based nutrition and cooking, and it’s become a passion of mine. I love sharing what I’ve learned because I know firsthand how life-changing it can be. Eating a whole food, plant-based diet is not just important for our health, but for animal's and the planet too!

I’m certified in plant-based nutrition through the Center for Nutrition Studies and proud to be a licensed Food for Life Instructor with the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine. My goal is to help you discover the power of whole-food, plant-based nutrition to support your unique health journey. Together, we’ll create delicious meals that make you feel better than ever!
